My wife and I bought Final Expense insurance. Our overall impression with Lumico has been very good. Lumico's prices versus other companies was slightly better. Sign-up, explanation of the policy, terms and everything else was managed very well. Access and communication online to-date has been flawless. 

I would like to thank your customer service team for their professionalism and caring nature. I lost my husband almost a year ago, he had taken out a policy to provide for me should anything ever happen. My husband was diagnosed with cancer and passed. Your customer service team was excellent in providing me with information I requested, they were always polite, showed compassion which meant so much during this time. It's very hard to find a company with this kind of compassion.
